Get ready for a whole new level of consignment convenience! We're thrilled to announce that we've made some major upgrades to the Outdoor Gear Exchange consignment program to give you a better, faster, and more transparent experience.
At the heart of this upgrade is our partnership with the consignment software, Aravenda. We've moved on from our legacy system to a modern platform packed with features we think you'll love.
What's New for You?

A Modern Online Dashboard: You now have 24/7 access to a new and easy-to-use online portal!
To log in for the first time: - Your username is the email address you used to set up your consignment account in our old system. If you can't remember it, reach out to our customer service team and we will help you out.
- To set your password, you will need to click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
- Once you're in, you can view your sales history, check the status of your items, and see your account balance in real-time.
- Instant Payouts: Say goodbye to waiting! The moment your item sells, your account will be credited. No more delays—your balance is available to you immediately.
- Familiar Payout Options: You can still get paid out via our standard options of cashing out at the register, requesting a check, or converting your balance to an OGE gift card.
A Few Policy Updates
Investing in this new system and offering instant payouts requires a few adjustments to our policies. We want to be completely transparent about these changes:
- Payout Structure: Our new payout rates are 60% for store credit and 50% for all cash-out options (check or in-store cash). This is a 5% adjustment that helps us support this new, feature-rich platform for you. All items consigned prior to 8/5/25 will be paid out at our previous rates.
- All Sales Are Final: Because we are now crediting your account instantly when an item sells, we can no longer offer a 7-day return window on used gear purchases. All consignment sales will now be final.
- Defective Item Returns: In the rare case that an item you consigned is returned due to a defect that was not identified at intake, your consignment account will be debited for the sale amount to cover the return.
